PROCEDURE FOR APLLICATION FOR TRANSCRIPT AND OTHER DOCUMENTS

Step 1: Send a formal letter via email directing it to the Provost (provost@com.ui.edu.ng), College of Medicine, University of Ibadan with the following details.

  • Full Name
  • Matriculation Number
  • Year of Entry
  • Year of Graduation
  • Course of Study

Step 2: Attach a copy of the following documents to the Email.

  • A copy of your Certificate
  • A copy of Marriage Certificate (where applicable)

Step 3: While sending the mail, copy the Corporate Affairs Unit of College of Medicine, University of Ibadan mail for follow up  (corporate-alumni@com.ui.edu.ng).

Step 4: The Corporate Affairs will communicate the Payment.Below is How to Generate the Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR)
