Biography:
Temitayo Moyosore Adebisi (RN, RM, RPHN, BNSc, MSc) is a Maternal and Child Health specialist with focus on improving and advancing the ahealth and quality of life of women. Her academic journey began from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Ogbomoso where she acquired Bachelor of Nursing Science (BNSc) degree in the year 2012 and a Master degree in Maternal and Child Health Nursing from the prestigious University of Ibadan in the year 2018 where she is also currently undergoing PhD.
Temitayo is passionate about the art and science of caring, nurturing and impacting lives with nursing as an enabling outlet where she is able to function as a clinician and academic.

Current Research and Capacity Building Projects including Grants
Title:Outcome of Psycho-educational Intervention on the Physical and Psychosexual Functioning of Women with Cervical Cancer in Selected Hospitals in South West, Nigeria.
Summary: The study is quasi experimental which aim to assess the effect of a psycho educational intervention on the physical and psychosexual functioning of women in two (2) hospitals in Southwest, Nigeria. Women in the intervention arm (Lagos University Teaching Hospital) will be given 2 modules of the psycho educational package pre and mid treatment while women in the control group (University College Hospital) will not be receiving any treatment in the study. Women's quality of life (physical, psychological and sexual) functioning will then be evaluated for both groups at the same time points and comparison made.
