I am extremely delighted to announce that the World Stroke Organization (WSO) has selected Professor Mayowa OWOLABI to receive the 2021 World Stroke Organization Award for Contributions to Clinical Stroke Research. This global award is in recognition of his outstanding work and research in stroke services.
The President, World Stroke Organization, Professor Marc Fisher (Harvard University), called to congratulate him today for this 'most deserving' award.
