Brief Summary: This current project seeks to conduct investigations along four workstreams. In workstream 1, we will study researcher-defined and person with lived-experience defined patterns and predictors of medium-term course and outcomes of psychosis, as well as investigate the profiles and needs of homeless persons with psychosis; in workstream 2, we will examine the mechanisms and processes that mediate risk, relapse and outcomes (stress sensitivity, cognitive functions and accelerated aging); in workstream 3, we will develop a web-based global study catalogue and data sharing platform of studies of psychotic disorders to pool data for novel analysis; in workstream 4, we will develop interventions targeted at persons with psychosis and their families to promote recovery.
