Summary:
Overall aim: The objective of this study is to estimate the burden, characterize the features and determine risk factors for long COVID in individuals who survive COVID-19 disease in 3 states from different regions of Nigeria.
Specific objectives: To document demographic characteristics of COVID-19 survivors in Nigeria; To document pulmonary, cardiovascular, neurological, endocrine, kidney and gastrointestinal abnormalities in COVID-19 survivors in Nigeria; To document psychosocial dysfunction in COVID-19 survivors in Nigeria; To determine risk factors for long COVID among COVID-19 survivors
