Researches

Research Interest/area of specialization

Neuropharmacology/neurotoxicology and Biochemical Pharmacology

Current research studies

  • The major focus of my current research is centered on the interplay between psychopathologic derangements and biochemical/molecular perturbations induced by chronic stress in laboratory animals
  • Development of an adaptogenic formular from variety of botanicals that might be of benefit in combating the deleterious effects of stress

Screening of food supplements with antioxidant/neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory properties for possible ability to mitigate the pathological insults involved in ischemic stroke   with the view of improving its debilitating outcomes.
