 Designation: Senior Lecturer

Brief Biography: I am a faculty in gynaecologic oncology unit, department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, University of Ibadan. I am actively involved in the full management of gynaecologic cancer patients (including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment – medical/surgical interventions, chemotherapy etc.) and in community-based advocacy for uptake of cervical cancer preventive measures such as vaccination and screening. I have also contributed to the production of a standardized gynaecologic cancers management manual peculiar to our environment. I currently work on practical identification of challenges of cancer care in our environment as well as factors affecting early detection of gynaecologic cancers with the hope of providing models that will help in eliminating some of these factors, if not all.
