(i) assist in expanding antiretroviral therapy (ART) to low income HIV-infected persons in a manner that is consistent with national plans and policies; and
(j) develop sustainable indigenous capacity to continue these programs after the project ends.
This program provides support for infrastructural development and capacity strengthening for College of Medicine, University of Ibadan and University College Hospital Ibadan.
