Site Construction Activities

BLOCK C (PHILIP OZUAH BLOCK)

Update: The construction activities on this block include the raising of second-floor slab beam formworks and the placing of reinforcements. Placement of the reinforcements into the beam formworks, second-floor slab formworks, and striking off of the formwork below the first-floor slab are ongoing. Block wall partition work commenced and is still ongoing.

As of 18^th of April 2024, the raising and casting of the columns to support the second-floor slab had commenced.

BLOCK D (TY DANJUMA BLOCK)

Update: The laterite earth filling is still ongoing. Concrete blinding of the ground beam and the placement of the reinforcement has commenced.

As of 18^th of April 2024, laterite earth filling had reached 60% completion, weak concrete blinding of the ground beam had reached 40%, while the placement of the reinforcement had reached 30% completion.

BLOCK F (ALUMNI BLOCK)

Update: The placement of reinforcements for the oversight concrete slab is still ongoing. The laterite earth filling and compaction are ongoing.

As of the 18^th of April 2024, the laterite earth filling and compaction were ongoing. The placement of reinforcements for the oversite concrete slab had reached 80% completion.
