Construction Activity Reporting Schedule

Date: 1st March 2024.

Site Construction Activities

Block C (Philip Ozuah Block)

Update: The steel reinforcement, electrical, and mechanical sleeves placement on the first-floor slab formwork are ongoing. The contractor mentioned that the formwork, steel reinforcements, and M/E sleeves placement for the casting of the first-floor slab has reached completion, The casting of the floor slab will be delayed due to constraints of cement delivery.
The situation with Timeline:

As of the 26th of February � 1st of March, the steel reinforcement, electrical, and mechanical sleeves placement on the first-floor slab formwork have 95% completion.

Block D (TY Danjuma Block)

Update: The formworks for the foundation ground beam are ongoing. The mechanical sleeves have been placed with steel reinforcements

The situation with Timeline:

As of the 26th of February � 1st of March, the formworks for the foundation ground beam are at 85% completion.

Block F (Alumni Block)

Update: The formwork for the foundation ground beam is ongoing, the water treatment plant for the water to be used for construction has been procured by the contractor. The steel reinforcement and the mechanical sleeves has been properly placed in the formwork.

The situation with Timeline:

As of the 26th of February � 1st of March, the formwork for the foundation ground beam has reached 98% completion.
