Update: The making of the formwork for the floor beams of the third-floor slab and the blockwork for the wall partitions on the ground floor are still ongoing.

Challenges: There has been no significant challenge in the construction works of this block.

Update: The excavation of trenches for the raft beam is ongoing.

Update: The casting of the first-floor slab has commenced, whilst casting of the first-floor columns is about to begin.
