Block C (Philip Ozuah Block)

Update: The blockworks on the first floor for both external walls and partition walls are ongoing.

TimeLine: This is as of the 8th of July - 12th of July, 2024. 

Challenges: There has been no significant challenge in the construction works of 

this block.

Block D (TY Danjuma Block)

Update: The raising of the steel reinforcements for the reinforced concrete columns to support the second-floor slab.

TimeLine: This is as of the 8th of July - 12th of July, 2024.

Challenges: There has been no significant challenge in the construction works of this block.

Block E (Block)

Update: The concrete casting of the ground beam of the foundation is ongoing.

TimeLine: As of the 8th of July - 12th of July, the concrete casting of the ground beam of the foundation has reached 50% completion.

Challenges: No statement on this as of the time of this report.

Update:  The formwork of the floor beams and the slab of the first floor is ongoing.
