Site Construction Activities

Block C (Philip Ozuah Block)

Update: The ground and first-floor formwork for the window lintel is ongoing. The placement of the steel reinforcements and services sleeves on the formwork of the third-floor slab is also ongoing.

TimeLine: As of the 1st of July - 5th of July, 

Challenges: The issue of solar system for electricity supply needs to be sorted out. The audit and design of the system needs to be timely done so that the possible alteration to accommodate it on the already carried work on this block can be ascertained.

Block D (TY Danjuma Block)

Update: The first floor has been completed and preparation for raising columns to support the second-floor slab is ongoing.

TimeLine: As of the 1st of July - 5th of July, the first floor has been completed.

Challenges: There has been no significant challenge in the construction works of this block.

Block E

Update: The placement of the reinforcement for the ground beam has reached completion in anticipation of the concrete casting.

TimeLine: As of the 1st of July - 5th of July, the placement of the steel reinforcements and sleeves into the formwork of the ground beam of the foundation has reached about 70% completion.

Block F (ICOMAA Block)

Update: The preparation of formwork for the floor beams of the second-floor slab is on going

Timeline: As of the 1st of July - 5th of July, 

Challenges: There has been no significant challenge on the construction works of this block.
