Site Construction Activities

Block C (Philip Ozuah Block)

Update: The installation of the aluminium window frames on the ground floor is ongoing. The sandcrete blocks production and formwork for the windows lintel on the first floor.

TimeLine: This is as of the 24th of June - 29th of June, 2024.

Challenges: There has been no significant challenge in the construction works of 

this block.

Block D (TY Danjuma Block)

Update: The casting of the first-floor slab and stairs has commenced.

Timeline: This is as of the 24th of June - 29th of June, 2024. 

Challenges: There has been no significant challenge in the construction works of this block.

Block E (Block)

Update: The placement of the steel reinforcements and sleeves into the formwork of the ground beam of the foundation is ongoing. The formwork of the ground beam of the foundation, placement of the steel reinforcement and the borehole drilling are also ongoing.

Timeline: As of the 24th of June - 29th of June, the placement of the steel reinforcements and sleeves into the formwork of the ground beam of the foundation has reached about 70% completion.

Challenges: There has been no significant challenge in the construction works of this block.

Block F (ICOMAA Block)

Update: The reinforced concrete columns have already been raised to support the first-floor slab. The first-floor slab formwork striking off.

Timeline: This is as of the 24th of June - 29th of June, 2024.

Challenges: There has been no significant challenge in the construction works of this block.
